Writer's Block

A white sheet,

Lays mockingly,

Daring all to try.

Out of all, wielders of ink and pen, pencil and lead, keyboard and

type

Few even mark the beast the slightest

Even those who made their mark, have all fought in vain

The scratches and marrs, any mark of any kind, vanishes

Erased, healed by the beast's own powers

The beast roars loud

Still alive and unscatched

Ready for any others who try to confront it

The writer's bane waits

Everprepared to prevent works from reaching the page

I really like it. Portrays writer's block as an epic battle.

I like it, keep writing and show it off as much as you can. But be careful online. Someone may steal it and say they wrote it when it's not true.
