3. Harold and Maude (1971). Bud Cort, Ruth Gordon.  Directed by Hal Ashby and written by Colin Higgins.

4. Romeo + Juliet (1996). Leonardo Dicaprio, Claire Danes.  Directed by Baz Luhrmann and written by William Shakespeare (play) and Craig Pierce (screenplay)

5. Ocean's Eleven (2001). George Clooney, Brad Pitt.  Directed by Steven Soderbergh.

6. The Princess Bride (1987). Robin Wright Penn (as Robin Wright), Cary Elwes, Mandy Patinkin.  Directed by Rob Reiner and written by William Goldman

7. The Sting (1973). Paul Newman, Robert Redford.  Directed by George Roy Hill and written by David S. Ward.

8. Moulin Rouge (2001). Ewan McGregor, Nicole Kidman.  Directed by Baz Luhrmann and written by Craig Pierce and Baz Luhrmann.

9. Sixteen Candles (1984). Molly Ringwald, Anthony Michael Hall, Michael Schoeffling.  Written and Directed by John Hughes.

 11. Across the Universe (2007) Jim Stugress, Evan Rachel Wood.  Directed by Julie Taymore, and screenplay written by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais.  MY FAVORIE MOVIE EVER!!! If you didn't go see, sucks to be you!

What do you think?  (Sorry, these aren't in a particular order.)

Moulin rouge was horrible!!! I walked out of it. Borrrrrrrring.

I liked the first Romeo/Juliet better --what's not to like about Franco DeNiro?

Little Miss Sunshine - couldn't finish it. I'm tired of neurotic families.

But if you like period drama, "Becoming Jane" is great!
